You can pay your room bill in cash, with an EC card or credit card. For a firm booking we ask for a deposit of 30% per room/apartment with transaction charges.

It would also be possible to secure the booking with your credit card. However, your credit card will not be charged, but only serves as security.

Your booking is only valid once the reservation has been confirmed in writing and by a deposit. Cancellations are only accepted in written form and are only valid once we have reconfirmed them in writing. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to arrange this for you, just let us know when you make your booking. In summer € 28,- per day is charged with sole occupancy of a double room and € 28,- per day in winter. €35,- per day (winter & summer) with sole occupancy of a suite.

Nobody wants it and yet cancellations can happen - therefore it is always recommended, to take out a travel cancellation insurance. Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

Cancellation conditions:
from 29 days to 14 days before arrival - 50% of the total price
from 13 days to 7 days before arrival - 80% of the total pric
from 6 days to 1 day - 90% of the total price
at No Show - 100% of the total price

Check-in is from 3 p.m. check-out possible until 10 a.m. Please notify us if your arrival should be delayed and you will only be arriving after 8 p.m. We always try to take your room requests into account, but cannot guarantee them.

Enjoy a day out in our Alpen Spa - for only € 35,- p.p. incl. towels, bathrobes and use of the tea and juice bar.

In our house pets in the size 'small to medium' are allowed. For this we charge € 18,00 per pet per day without food.

To ensure your dog feels comfortable with us, we kindly ask that you refrain from allowing your dog to lie on furniture such as sofas, carpets, beds, or chairs for hygienic reasons. Please bring your own pet bed or cushion for your dog to use as a sleeping area. If this rule is not followed, we will charge a cleaning fee of at least 150 EUR.

We appreciate your understanding that pets are not allowed in our spa and wellness areas. However, dogs are welcome in our restaurant areas for breakfast and dinner. For walks, you have immediate access to a beautiful forest with plenty of walking opportunities right from the hotel. Along the way, there are also several dog toilets.

A leash is required throughout the entire property. Owners are responsible for their dogs!

Upon request, we will provide food and water bowls with mats for your pet.

0 to 2 years: free (as well as accommodation and meals)
